I am still in the process of searching for a home with my clients. Should my clients elect to purchase a home without my representation, please protect and recognize the time I have invested with my clients in the form of a referral fee.


Cedar Ridge Homes will honor this registration. Upon buyer's confirmation of representation (proof of an agency agreement may be requested), Cedar Ridge Homes will remunerate Realtors at a commission rate of 2.0% for acting as an agent on behalf of their clients. For clients who wish to purchase direct and elect to waive representation, but have previously been registered with a Realtor, Cedar Ridge will remunerate a referral fee at 25% of the purchasing agent commission.
