We are a member of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program in excellent standing and as such offer complete one-year comprehensive and five-year structural warranties.

Alberta New Home Warranty

The Alberta New Home Warranty (ANHWP) was founded in 1974. Today, membership in ANHWP extends to over 700 Builder Members. It offers new homebuyers several safeguards, including:

• 5 year structural integrity protection
• an inexpensive option to purchase an additional 5 years
• deposit protection
• builder performance protection
