The program’s review process doesn’t allow for under-qualified, under-experienced, or under-financed builders to become members, and there is a yearly mandatory review process for all members.

More Designs.

As a true custom builder, Cedar Ridge Homes has no limit to the amount of different designs we build. Unlike builders who only allow you to build from one of their limited spec plans, we carry a large number of stock blueprints to choose from. Or, let us design your home from scratch based on your lifestyle and budget needs. Long term, custom homes are shown to retain their market value longer than standard "cookie cutters".

Just the right size.

As a mid volume builder, our typical quota is to build between 20 to 25 homes per year. We feel this is an ideal size for a number of reasons. At this size, we are small enough to know who is working on our jobsites and are able to attract and retain good trades people. We are also large enough to purchase materials in large volumes, allowing us to pass on those savings to our clients.

Personalized service.

We offer a personalized service that goes above and beyond. With our systems-oriented building process, let us take care of notifying you when things are done or when they will be completed. We will gladly schedule routine site inspections around your schedule.

Accurate Pricing.

With detailed pricing and specifications, we give our clients a quick and accurate estimate for the cost of their new home. The specifications for each home are completed in-depth and are attached directly to each sales contract, so you know exactly what you are getting for your money. Any alterations to the contract must be made in writing so that our clients are kept aware of any changing costs or refunds. With no add-ons or surprises, up-front pricing takes the stress out of building.

More Choice.

Enjoy having more choices and options for materials. We don't force our clients to purchase from a limited selection. We make sure our clients know all of their possible options, and we have more standard features included in a Cedar Ridge home than most other builders.
